eCards are available to anyone who lives, resides part-time to attend school, owns property, or works in Massachusetts. For more information on how to register for an eCard, head to the Getting a Library Card FAQs page at the Boston Public Library.
If you are a Massachusetts resident and don't already have a Boston Public Library card, you can register for one online.
If you have any additional questions or need help getting an eCard, contact Kristen at kmsher@bu.edu.
Public libraries are magical places and have so many resources available to you, free of charge. Public libraries have free wifi, programming, reference services, and books, magazines, movies, TV shows and more- either a physical copy or an e-copy!
If you do not have a library card, consider registering for an eCard from the BPL or head to your local public library to open up an account.
